Meet the Team
Hearing Care Specialist
Timothy Haire, H.I.S.
Tim Haire was born in Henderson, KY and raised in Chandler, IN by his parents, Rev. Robert and Martha Haire. Growing up, Tim developed a strong sense of purpose by watching his father’s dedication to serving others. That same desire to help people eventually led him to the field of hearing care.
After working in insurance, Tim discovered a growing interest in hearing aid technology. He spent two years learning the business, earned his license and certification in Indianapolis from a board of doctors, and continues to pursue ongoing education to stay current in the field.
With over 20 years of experience, Tim created Hearing Wellness to be a purpose-driven practice grounded in honesty, integrity, and affordability. He works hard to provide high-quality care and technology without overcharging, ensuring each patient receives the best possible service at a fair price.
Office Administrator
Trish Haire
Trish Haire manages the administrative side of Hearing Wellness. She’s a licensed realtor in both Indiana and Kentucky with EXP Realty, and also oversees leasing for the Wellness Suites. Prior to her work in real estate, Trish ran a used car business for more than 25 years.
When she’s not working, Trish enjoys spending time with her husband Tim, their three daughters, and eight grandchildren.
Office ASSISTANT
Tonya Montgomery
Tonya Montgomery is our Office Assistant. She has worked in the medical field for over 10 years. Tonya enjoys getting to interact with the clients and has a passion for helping people. When she's not working, spending time with her family is what she enjoys the most.
She brings warmth, efficiency, and professionalism to the front desk, ensuring every patient is greeted with a smile and well taken care of.
